Meet the Staff

Shannon - Dental Hygienist

I am your hygienist, Shannon.  I have practiced Dental Hygiene for more than 10 years here in the Puget Sound area.  I am skilled in periodontal therapy and have received certifications in advanced diagnostics and tissue therapies.

I was born and raised in this area and graduated from Lynnwood High School.  Outside of work, I enjoy my time with my family.  I have been married for more than 15 years and have two children, Cheyenne and Cole.  In my free time I like to remodel, decorate and sew.  I especially spend many hours quilting.  I look forward to meeting you soon.

Debby - Patient Financial Services

I graduated from Eton Technical Institute in 1998, with a degree in dental assisting.  I started working for Dr. Tracy in 1998 as her chairside assistant.  After 4-1/2 years I became the Scheduling Co-ordinator, and finally worked into the position of Office Manager.  I have been to many continuing education courses to better serve our patients.

I have two children, Elizabeth and Jacob.  I also have a small dog, Sable and a big cat, Skitty.  We enjoy kite flying, walking the beach and movies.  I also enjoy collecting miniature teapots and am always on the look out.


Karen - Patient Scheduling

I have enjoyed working in the dental field for over 30 years.  I was a chairside assistant for 6 of those years until I moved to the front office. 
I have been married for 38 years to my husband, Don.  We have 2 children, Troy and Lisa, and 2 grandchildren, Anna and Ty. I enjoy spending time with our family, fishing, camping, hiking, and gardening.  I also collects books, pottery, and Heisey glassware.



Olga - Chairside Assistant

I graduated Lynnwood High School in 1997.  I then attended SnoIsle Dental Assisting School and graduated in 1997 with honors. I have more than 9 years of experience working in the dental profession.

For fun I enjoy traveling, hiking, biking, and roller blading.  I also enjoy spending time with my family and friends and I have a passion for singing.




Larisa - Chairside Assistant

I was born in Belarus and raised in Ukraine. I moved to Washington with my family in 1989.   In my spare time I enjoy reading, roller blading, and spending time with my friends. I also love to travel.

I completed the dental assisting program at Eton Technical Institute in 2003.  My main focus is patient care and comfort.  Working and caring for people is why I enjoy being a dental assistant.
